What OneHash won in the G2 Summer 2024 awards

What OneHash won in the G2 Summer 2024 awards, which categories the badges covered, and how G2 works out who gets one.

In Summer 2024, G2 named OneHash a High Performer in three categories — Workforce Management, ERP System, and Payroll & Accounting — and also gave it Easiest Setup, Easiest Admin, and Easiest To Do Business With. All six badges are calculated from verified user reviews, not from a vendor submission.

The G2 Summer 2024 badges awarded to OneHash: High Performer in Workforce Management, ERP System and Payroll & Accounting, plus Easiest Setup, Easiest Admin and Easiest To Do Business With.

What the award covers

G2 badges are calculated each quarter from two things: customer satisfaction scores pulled from verified reviews, and a product’s market presence. High Performer sits below the Leader tier — it means reviewers rate the product well without OneHash yet having the scale of the category’s largest vendors. The three “Easiest” badges come from the same review data, scored on setup, administration and the buying experience.

The recognition sat alongside reviewer comments on ease of use, setup time, and support responsiveness — the areas OneHash CRM reviews on G2 consistently mention.

Reading customer reviews for yourself

Rather than take our summary of them, the original reviews are on G2’s OneHash CRM page, unedited and dated.

What G2 is, if you’re comparing software

G2 is a review site: it collects and verifies user reviews of business software and uses them to rank products within a category. For a buyer, it’s one useful data point alongside a trial or a demo — not a substitute for either.

If you’re evaluating OneHash CRM against what a review page can’t tell you — your own data, your own workflow — a demo or the pricing page will get you further than another quarter’s badge.
