Ask a person- Are there limits on sending email?
- Only if you send through our mail server, which is capped to keep it off spam lists. Connect your own SMTP — your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, or any provider — and there is no limit, and your mail sends from your own domain, which is better for deliverability anyway.
- Can it be customised without a developer?
- Fields, forms, workflows, approval chains, permissions and reports are all editable in the browser by an administrator. For anything deeper there is a REST API and webhooks on every record.
- Can we export everything?
- At any time, yourself, without asking us. A system that is hard to leave is a system that has stopped trying to earn you.
- Can we get a refund?
- Our refund policy is published in full rather than summarised here — the short version is that we do not think keeping money from an unhappy customer is worth the reputation.
- Can we run both systems in parallel?
- Yes, for as long as you like. Most teams close one month in both and compare the numbers before cutting over.
- Do we have to use all of it?
- No. Most companies start with the part that hurts most — usually sales or accounting — and switch the rest on as they go. Nothing costs extra when you do, because it was always included.
- Do you charge for implementation?
- No. Configuration and data migration are part of onboarding. We would rather you moved successfully than paid us for the attempt.
- Do you have partners or resellers?
- Yes. If you implement systems for other businesses, apply at partner.onehash.ai — several of our deployments come through partners who specialise in a sector.
- Do you train our team?
- Yes, as part of onboarding, and we walk your team through the rest. A system configured by its users tends to get adopted; one configured by a consultant tends to get worked around.
- Does it handle multiple companies or currencies?
- Yes. Multi-company structures, multi-currency transactions and multiple languages are supported, which is how customers run divisions in several countries from one setup.
- How is access controlled?
- Role-based permissions down to the field, with approval chains you define. You decide precisely who can see which numbers.
- How long until we are actually using it?
- A straightforward setup takes about a week, done by the people who will use the system rather than by an implementation partner. Multi-company structures or years of stock history take longer, and we will say so at the start.
- Is it GDPR compliant?
- Yes, and our GDPR statement is published alongside the privacy and cookie policies rather than available on request.
- Is OneHash one product or several?
- One. Sales, accounting, HR, production, projects and support are parts of a single system on a single database, not separate applications that have been integrated. That is why a customer is one record rather than five.
- Is there a free trial?
- Thirty days, no credit card. Nothing charges automatically at the end of it — if you want to continue you choose a billing cycle and your trial data carries over intact.
- Is there a limit on storage?
- Twenty-five gigabytes per site, which is more than most businesses use in years of invoices and documents. If you need more it is an add-on rather than a plan change.
- Is there a mobile app?
- The system is responsive and works on a phone browser, and field teams commonly use it for check-ins, approvals and timesheets on the move.
- What does it cost?
- One per-user price with everything included — see the pricing page for the current figure in rupees or dollars, monthly or yearly. There is no module you discover you need and then have to buy.
- What does it integrate with?
- Payment gateways including Razorpay and Stripe, marketplaces including Shopify and Amazon, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, Twilio, Slack, Zoom, biometric attendance devices and courier APIs. Anything not on the list is reachable through webhooks on every record, the REST API, or Zapier.
- What happens if we add people mid-year?
- You are billed for the additional seats on a pro-rata basis from the date they are added. No renegotiation and no minimum-commitment penalty.
- What if support is not resolving something?
- There is a published escalation process with a named path, rather than a queue you resubmit into. It is linked from the contact page.
- What support do we get?
- Chat and email support on every plan, running 24/7. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager.
- Where is our data stored?
- Shared cloud or private cloud, and on the Enterprise plan you can run it on your own servers. Several customers choose on-premise for data residency reasons.
- Will our data come across from our current system?
- Customers, contacts, open deals, invoice history, chart of accounts, stock, employees and open projects all migrate. Anything your current vendor restricts from export, we identify before you commit.
