- For the data you enter about your own customers, you are the controller and we are the processor. We act on your instructions, not our own.
- We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. With either signal set, no analytics, advertising or chat tag loads and no cookie is planted.
- We never store your payment card details. Payments run through processors that are PCI-DSS compliant.
- Personal data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Usage data is kept for a shorter period than account data.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us. There is no form and no fee.
- Under CCPA you can ask for a disclosure twice in any rolling twelve months, covering the previous twelve months.
- The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
- Servers are maintained in India, with some data held on servers outside it. Indian law governs, and Indian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
