How we handle the rights the GDPR gives you over your personal data, and how to use them.

  • You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it.
  • For data you store about your own customers inside OneHash, you are the controller. We process it on your instructions and nothing else.
  • A data processing agreement is available. Ask and we will send it.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • The full document sets out lawful bases, retention, international transfers and the sub-processors involved in running the service.
  • A note on honesty: we describe how we handle GDPR rights. We do not hold a third-party GDPR certification, and no page here claims one.
