Terms of Service
The agreement between your company and OneHash: what the software may be used for, how billing and renewal work, who owns what, and how either side can end the relationship.
- You own everything you put into OneHash. Our rights to it go no further than running the service for you.
- If your account ends, your content stays retrievable for 30 days. Export it before then and nothing is lost.
- Prices can change, but not without at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the product. The same 30 days applies to changes in these terms.
- A billing dispute has to be raised in writing within 60 days of the invoice date.
- If we end your subscription without cause, the unearned part of anything you have prepaid is refunded pro rata.
- Our total liability is capped at the fees you actually paid in the six months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing.
- You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
- Indian law governs the agreement. Disputes go to arbitration in Indore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, before a single arbitrator, in English.
- We may name you as a customer. If you would rather we did not, email us and we will stop.
- OneHash CRM/ERP is built on ERPNext under GPL v3, and Cal.com under AGPL v3. Those licences are named in full in the document.
