OneHash is software, so there is nothing to ship. This covers how quickly an account is activated after purchase, and how tax and invoicing work.

  • Standard plans — CRM, ERP and Chat — are activated instantly and automatically on purchase.
  • Enterprise and dedicated instances are activated within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • There is no delivery charge, in India or anywhere else. Nothing is physically shipped.
  • Indian customers are charged 18% GST. Sales outside India are treated as export of service and zero-rated.
  • A tax-compliant invoice is generated within 24 hours of purchase.
  • This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
